CNN education contributor Dr. Steve Perry explains why he supports Mitt Romney's plan for a voucher-like system. From Starting Point with Soledad O'Brien.
Perry, clean up your argument, and your hall tree...who are you trying to impress?
Vouchers are for the children..NOT. Vouchers are for the parents who don't want public education for their child. Don't take my tax dollar out of public education. I am all for parents who want to take their children out of public education, but they should not take their, or my, tax dollars out of public education. If you don't like it, change it or leave. Finally, beware of church "private" education using your "child" argument to get government dollars to offset the cost of chuch schools. Very dangerous road this will take America on if it happens. Pray that God will save us if it does.
