Child's lunch confiscated over USDA rule

From CNN Affiliate WTVD: A North Carolina employee allegedly confiscated the homemade lunch of a preschooler for not meeting USDA guidelines.

    Too much Government intervention in our lives....Now this kid is going to grow up thinking fried chiken nuggets are good for you.....was probably not even real chicken...!!!

      good grief !just think if the present administration was back when ray crock had an idea for mcdonalds or any fast food resturants what would we be eating today- tree bark--- our kids are being attacked and brainwashed for the future threr will be no indepentdant thinkers in the future no vision

    I find it hard to believe that there has been no response. Since when did the USDA gain jurisdiction concerning school lunches? REALLY!!!
