So California used to provide a free college education...now their on the verge of bankruptcy. The liberals are so interested in "fairness" that they want to redistribute the wealth of those who have been successful. But where is the fairness in a person who was frugal and passed on going to college because they couldn't afford it, but now that they are taxpayers, will be required to pay for college for someone else who was not so careful with their finances?
