9-year-old heads off to college

Nine-year-old Tanishq Abraham is attending classes at American River College in Sacramento, California. He says he wants to be a doctor, a scientist, an inventor or maybe president.

But for now, he's getting all As.

    We know him from our area- he is at a community college. His mother pushes him mercilessly. We have not been really impressed by his intellect.

      Know him also. He's actually got the most grounded parents of any prodigy I've ever known of. She's
      not pushing him, she's obviously just trying to help him reach his true potential. I know for a fact that they are more worried about him being with kids his own age than his academics, but the kid's mind just gets bored in a normal school.

      How do you know he is not religious? What if he finds his personal "God" to be his motivation for success? If that is the case then, o well for you.
